My stay at Riad De Vinci & Spa was a wonderful experience, highlighted by friendly and accommodating staff. The location was a bit tricky to navigate, but it placed me right in the heart of the Medina's charm. The breakfast was decent, though I wished for more variety. Overall, a good getaway! 😍🌞

Rooms
9.0
My room was clean and spacious, nicely decorated with a comfortable atmosphere, but I did notice some noise from the common areas. Air conditioning worked well.
Service
10.0
The service was really good, and each staff member made me feel at home. They were always ready to help and provided excellent recommendations for local explorations.
Location
8.0
The Riad's location in the Old Town allowed easy access to the vibrant city, though the labyrinthine streets made it a challenge to find at first.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was pleasant but could use more variety; fresh juices and Moroccan pancakes were nice, but I craved more options to start my day.
Facilities
9.0
Facilities were nice with lovely communal areas and well-maintained pools, ideal for cooling off after exploring the city.

7.4/10

My stay at Riad De Vinci & Spa was quite a mixed experience. While I loved the charming courtyard and rooftop terrace, the room I had was a bit lacking in brightness and comfort. Additionally, the service was somewhat indifferent, and I didn't feel entirely secure in the area at night. Overall, it had its highlights, but it left room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was small and dimly lit, which wasn't quite what I expected. The shower had drainage issues and I had to rely on a friend's bathroom to wash up. Additionally, there was some wear and tear in the facilities, like loosely attached faucets.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly, but their attentiveness seemed to wane, especially when it came to addressing our issues. I appreciated their help with luggage and check-in, yet I felt ignored when I shared concerns about our accommodation.
Location
6.0
The location was tricky, nestled in narrow alleys that felt unsafe at night, particularly for a group of women. It wasn't as accessible as I hoped, though it was close to some restaurants and not too far from the main attractions during the day.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included but not particularly impressive, mostly consisting of bread, pancakes, and yoghurt. It would have been great to have some variety or additional protein options.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop terrace and pools were nice, but some areas were not well maintained during my stay. I was disappointed as certain pools were unavailable, restricting my options for relaxation after a long day.

5.0/10

My stay at Riad De Vinci & Spa had its shining moments, like the beautiful design and friendly staff. but there were a few letdowns that affected my overall experience. The location in the old city provided an authentic vibe, yet navigating the area was often daunting and I felt uncomfortable walking alone at night. The spa, while offering promising services, fell short in execution, with staff not being attentive enough during my treatments.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and looked out onto the pool area. although if you're tall, you might need to duck at times. They were cozy but a bit dim for getting ready.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, offering me a warm welcome. however, the service could be hit or miss, particularly in the spa where my experience was marred by inattentiveness.
Location
6.0
While the location is great for seeing the old town, navigating the dark, winding streets can be uncomfortable. I often felt uneasy walking around at night, which detracted from my experience.
Dining

Breakfast each morning was simple yet tasty, enjoyed on a lovely rooftop terrace. it was a peaceful way to start the day amidst the bustling medina.
Facilities
7.0
The Riad features lovely pools and various terraces. however, I found the spa's service lacking despite the good facilities available.

6.8/10

My stay at Riad De Vinci & Spa was overall lovely with a picturesque setting and friendly staff. The location provided easy access to the medina yet offered a tranquil retreat. However, I did encounter a couple of issues with the noise levels and some aspects of the rooms, which could benefit from some maintenance.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a charming ambiance. However, my room on the ground floor faced the main seating area, which made it noisy, especially with people coming and going. Additionally, there was a slight residual chlorine smell from the pools that was noticeable, though it didn’t completely ruin my experience.
Service
9.0
The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with any questions. They also accommodated my request for an early breakfast, which was greatly appreciated.
Location
8.0
The riad is conveniently located just a short walk from the bustling market, yet the narrow alleyways can feel intimidating to navigate at night. Once I got familiar with the area, the walks became enjoyable, but it may be daunting for first-time visitors.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, providing a peaceful escape from the chaos of the medina. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and while I enjoyed the traditional Moroccan fare, I found it could get a bit monotonous.
Facilities
8.0
The Riad boasts three pools, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the attached spa seems to have great potential, although I didn’t get the chance to try it this time. The entire facility had a warm, inviting atmosphere, though it could use some sprucing up in places.

6.6/10

My stay at Riad De Vinci & Spa was quite mixed. On one hand, I enjoyed the architecture and atmosphere, which beautifully encapsulated Moroccan design. However, my experience was marred by issues with the spa services and an inconvenient location that made it challenging to navigate. Despite these downsides, the staff did offer free airport transfers to make up for some of the inconveniences.

Rooms
9.0
I stayed in a spacious room on the first floor that featured lovely decor and a large bathtub, perfect for relaxation. The ambiance was good and offered a cozy atmosphere.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly and attentive, I faced multiple issues with the spa service and transfer arrangements that left me feeling disappointed. Despite this, they did try to accommodate by offering complimentary airport transfers.
Location
5.0
The riad is situated in the old medina, which is both charming and difficult to navigate. I often felt unsafe walking through the alleyways, especially due to the unwelcome attention from some locals.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed a traditional Moroccan dinner on the rooftop, which was a pleasant experience, especially given the serene atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace was also lovely, featuring a variety of Moroccan breads and mint tea.
Facilities
7.0
Although the hotel had nice facilities like a spa and rooftop terrace, the spa experience did not meet my expectations due to the staff's lack of professionalism. The rooftop was a fantastic place to relax, though, and there were plenty of sunbeds available.
